Kind Nights is a brand of Kingscove LLC, 2240 E 12th Street, Suite 48, Casper, WY 82609, USA.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote areas, weather and peak seasons can add delays.

- 2 Bags or more: free shipping

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us right away at info@kingscovellc.com. We can update it only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

See our Refund Policy. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email info@kingscovellc.com and we will make it right.
